How fast will I get my photos back?

Standard turnaround is 24hrs for photography and 48 hours for drone. Cinematic video is 3–4 business days. Rush 24-hour delivery is available for weekend listings for a $95 add-on.

How does the licensing work?

You receive an unlimited-use license for the active listing period — MLS, social, print, and third-party syndication. Files are shared with the listing agent by default. Reuse for another property or sold-photo marketing is available for a small re-license fee.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We monitor the forecast the day before every shoot. If exterior photography would suffer, we reach out to reschedule at no cost. Interior work can typically proceed regardless of weather.

What areas do you serve?

Benton and Washington counties are included in every package: Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, Springdale, Fayetteville, Johnson, Farmington and Prairie Grove. Shoots beyond that area are quoted individually.

Question 5

Does the home need to be ready before you arrive?

Yes — treat the shoot like an open house. Beds made, counters cleared, blinds open, lights on, pet items stored, cars out of the driveway. We're happy to send a prep checklist when we confirm the booking.

Question 6

When is payment due?

Accepted Answer

Invoices are sent when the gallery is delivered and payable within 7 days by card or ACH. No deposit is required for standard bookings.

Question 7

Are you licensed to fly drones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All aerial work is captured under an active FAA Part 107 commercial certificate and covered by drone-specific liability insurance.
